The successor to the popular eQuinox smart telescope, the eQuinox 2 from Unistellar offers a host of improvements, making this latest generation particularly suited for light-polluted urban environments. Featuring Smart Light Pollution Reduction technology, the eQuinox 2 uses advanced image processing to filter out the most common sources of city light and enable clear, high-resolution images of celestial objects. With the eQuinox 2, you can observe Jupiter’s Red Spot, even from the heart of the city!

This performance is achieved in part through its upgraded technical specifications, which includes a larger, 6.2 megapixels of resolution. In addition, the eQuinox 2 includes Enhanced Vision Technology which utilizes image stacking and live image processing to provide a unique viewing experience of the universe. Other specifications include a limiting magnitude of 18.2, 64 gigabytes of onboard storage, and a long, 11-hour battery life, all in a lightweight, 20 pound package!
