Framing is often just as important in your astroimages as it is in terrestrial photography, and when your window into the night sky is askew of your artistic vision, you need rotation. While this can be done by loosening and physically rotating your RC focuser, in practice this method not as precise nor efficient as using a dedicated rotator system. This is where the Apertura M56 Camera Rotator comes in, providing a vignette-free, hassle-free way to add seamless and simple frame adjustability to your Apertura CarbonStar RC. Full 360 ° Rotation
Made from sleek anodized aluminum this rotator provides a rock solid pivot for your imaging equipment. A textured thumbscrew can easily be loosened to unlock your gear for a full 360 ° of rotation adjustment, and then tightened back down to freeze your perfect frame in place. With an M56 connection, this attaches directly to the upgraded Apertura CarbonStar RC focuser and ensures you have support for gear up to full-frame — and then some!

Made to enhance Apertura’s premium imaging Ritchey-Chretien 6″ and 8″ scopes, the Apertura M56 Camera Rotator integrates with CarbonStar seamlessly. Don’t think that means this is locked to the Apertura eco-system however, as this can work well on other M56 system builds as well — but CarbonStar certainly makes installation easy! Simply follow Apertura’s excellent digital documentation to setup your CarbonStar RC for a number of popular imaging equipment builds, so you can spend more time imaging and less time agonizing.

The Apertura Absolute Warranty provides two years of coverage against product defects.
