I purchased this Dual Dovetail Adapter on the recommendation of one of the experts at Highpoint to mount an Apertura 72mm doublet on my existing Televue Telepod mount.
The clearances are pretty tight on this setup but this particular dovetail adapter worked perfectly. The Apertura 72 balances beautifully when equipped with my current 2″ o
ptical train.
