Actually, I bought two. One for a CEGM II with the 8″ OTA, and one for an Alt/Az single arm with a 6″ aboard. Being in southern Arizona – warm and dry most of he year and having both rigs on movable platforms – allows me to leave them outdoors almost year round. Wind and blowing dust would be the major problems to avoid, and the covers do a great
job. Got to stretch a bit to get the bigger on on, but they are well worth the effort and expense.
