I bought this primarily for planetary imaging and some planetary nebula imaging. I do very little viewing. Over the weekend the seeing was not good for planetary imaging but it was clear so I decided to put an eyepiece in place of the camera. I was blown away! I have an EdgeHD 8″, but have never seen the night sky like I did through the 14 inch! I

am a believer now, aperture is everything! Also, even with the lousy seeing, I still got my best Venus image through the C 14. Looking forward to the next clear night for viewing.
