The aluminum dew shield for the CarbonStar adds seamless protection. Designed to extend the optical tube as a way to help prevent dew buildup on the secondary mirror while also working to reduce stray light and improving image contrast. Made from red anodized aluminum, carbon fiber, and stainless steel, the dew shield offers a durable alternative to traditional plastic shields. Installation is easy with the provided nylon-tipped set screws, ensuring a snug and reliable fit.

The Apertura collimation kit is essential to maintaining your Newtonian’s sharp images. These knobs make adjusting your secondary mirror easier and more convenient. The CNC-machined and black anodized aluminum knobs allow for a tool-free collimation experience, giving you precise control over your telescope alignment.
