   Dew control might be the last thing on your mind when caught up in the excitement of a new telescope; but you can be sure you’ll need a dew-control system. It isn’t wise to wait until your equipment all fogs up to take care of this;it’s best to get out in front and be prepared. Fortunately, Astrozap and High Point are ready with a huge selection o

   f dew-control products from OTA heaters to finder scope warmers and even eyepiece heaters. When Dew is anticipated, I plug my Astrozap dew shield in and I can be sure my corrector plate will stay dry long after everything else is covered in dew. The shield fits my 9.25” SCT’s OTA via a snug Velcro fit. I’ve learned the hard way to make connecting the dew heater part of my setup routine. This product was money well-spent, and I’d recommend that others get ready with a dew heater.
