   If you have a StarSense AutoAlign module, buying another base lets you use the same module for another telescope, or in my case a homemade camera mount adapter.
   The beauty of this is, the StarSense module attaches with its two thumbscrews very firmly and with excellent repetitive results every time. So once you mount a base like this on a tel

   escope, and then do an alignment and calibration, it works every time after that without the need to re-calibrate.
   Very sturdy.
   NOTE: This does NOT include the bolts, which should be on your telescope already.
