   I bought the Baader AstroZap 90mm solar filter to convert my 90mm SkyWatcher Virtuoso Maksutov to a solar scope. It arrived promptly, fits like a glove and has nifty thumb screws to make doubly sure it doesn’t come loose while observing the Sun. It yields a neutral, white image, making the Virtuoso a perfect complement to my Meade/Coronado H-alpha

   refractor. It’s very finely crafted and — as one would expect — is leakproof, allowing no trace of solar light to pass. I love it and am looking forward to viewing the Great Total Solar Eclipse of April 2024 through this filter. As always, High Point came through with stellar efficiency and service.
