You can see the entire solar disk through the 12×50 model’s large field of view without having to move the binoculars. The EclipSmart binocular is protected from harm with sturdy, lightweight aluminum housing that is rubber-armored. The binoculars’ sturdy folding eyecups make them comfortable for people who wear glasses and those who don’t. If you use glasses, you can fold them down for safe and effective use. If not, you can leave them open. Use the convenient neck strap that comes with your EclipSmart binoculars to transport them. The binocular also comes with protective eyepiece and objective lens coverings, as well as a padded nylon box for storage and transportation.
